Ltd.) is a licensed manufacturer of pressure-bearing parts and components of firearms across calibres including 5.56×45 mm, 7.62×39 mm, 8.6×70 mm (.338), 9×19 mm, 11.43×23 mm (.45), and 12.7×99 mm (.50 BMG) — with proof testing conducted at DRDO Proof & Fire Ranges.

Landing-Gear Barrel

The Challenge
A single machined component that carries the aircraft's landing loads: deep concentric bores, thin-wall webs, pocketed gussets and cross-tube interfaces — every datum referenced to aerospace tolerances, machined from solid alloy with zero appetite for error.
The Outcome
Dimensionally cleared on our Mitutoyo CMM and delivered to Hindustan Aeronautics Limited — the development that anchors BDS Defence inside India's aerospace manufacturing ecosystem, with serial production capability standing ready.

Our forging-plus-machining platform — titanium and superalloy capable, simulation-driven, and metrology-verified — is being certified for aerospace primes. AS9100 Rev D is in its final stage: Stage 1 audit cleared, final certification audit scheduled — alongside ISO 45001 and DGQA registration.
