BDS Defence is the defence & aerospace arm of the BDS Manufacturing Group — Bhagwan Dass & Sons — a precision engineering house that has grown from metallurgy roots into one of India's most ambitious private defence manufacturers.

Bhagwan Dass & Sons (BDS) has manufactured high-precision components since 2018, specialising in hot forging and precision machining of steel and aluminium — built on the group's wire & bar drawing metallurgy heritage dating back to 1997.
A culture of Kaizen-driven continuous improvement, IATF-grade quality systems and automated, IoT-enabled manufacturing earned BDS the trust of global automotive OEMs.
Today, backed by fresh infrastructure investment, Government of India licensing and advanced technologies, the group is channelling that precision DNA into its boldest chapter yet — the Defence and Aerospace sectors.
