BDS Defence (Bhagwan Dass & Sons Fastners Pvt. Ltd.) is a licensed manufacturer of pressure-bearing parts and components of firearms across calibres including 5.56×45 mm, 7.62×39 mm, 8.6×70 mm (.338), 9×19 mm, 11.43×23 mm (.45), and 12.7×99 mm (.50 BMG) — with proof testing conducted at DRDO Proof & Fire Ranges.
Barrel

Ammunition Cartridge Components
Licensed production of cartridge components — bullet, casing and cup — for calibres including 5.56 mm, 5.60 mm, 7.62 mm, 7.65 mm, 8.60 mm, 9.00 mm, 11.43 mm and 12.70 mm. Licensing for 12.7 mm+ calibre arms & ammunition is in process.

Our forging-plus-machining platform — titanium and superalloy capable, simulation-driven, and metrology-verified — is being certified for aerospace primes. AS9100 Rev D is in its final stage: Stage 1 audit cleared, certification audit due within 30 days — alongside ISO 45001 and DGQA registration.
